Shipping is free within Canada, for any order where a plan is purchased. There will be a shipping charge, for any order that is not accompanied by a plan.
Cash on delivery is only available for Fido phones without a price reduction gift; and the order must not be accompanied with an accessory.

PROCESSING TIME
Your order will be reviewed by our customer crew team to ensure that the order is accurate and the payment is valid. Once this happens your order is sent to our warehouse for shipment and should arrive within the next 24 hours.
NOTE - We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped.
